THEIR FIGHT IS OUR FIGHT: A Fil-Am Mixed Martial Arts themed fundraiser event taking place on October 25th at Legends MMA Training Center in Hollywood, CA.

In conjunction with Fil-Am Arts and SIPA , 2 prominent non-profit Los Angeles based organizations dedicated to promoting awareness and support within the Filipino American community, Their Fight is Our Fight (TFIOF) was created in an effort to raise relief funds for the victims of Typhoon Ondoy and Typhoon Parma in the Philippines.

The catastrophic destruction caused by the 2 Typhoons has left entire villages and cities in The Philippines devastated, rendering thousands upon thousands homeless and in need of food, water and shelter with a death toll of over 700 and rising each day. The immensity of the storms brought about a rainfall 10 times the amount of Hurricane Katrina in half the amount of time resulting in massive floods and landslides that have devastated populated areas in the northern areas of Luzon and within and around the capitol city of Manila.

The Philippine government has issued a state of Calamity and has made a call to the international community as well as the extended Filipino community living abroad for help, donations and supplies.
